User Agreement

1. Parties and scope

This Agreement covers your use of the Site, your interactions with the Giulia Bianchi channels, and your decision to click outbound links to third-party platforms. It does not govern your relationship with those third-party platforms, which stay subject to their own rules.

2. Acknowledging AI-assisted imagery

You acknowledge and agree that visual content featuring Giulia Bianchi — photos, portraits, lifestyle imagery, short-form video, thumbnails and cover art — has been enhanced, retouched or stylistically reworked with artificial-intelligence tools to make it more visually appealing. The subject is real; the AI enrichment is purely for aesthetic and entertainment purposes.

You also acknowledge that: the imagery must not be presented as unedited documentary photography; captions and lifestyle commentary may be dramatised; you will not describe the imagery to third parties in a misleading way; and you waive any claim against us based solely on the AI-assisted nature of the imagery.

3. Age

You confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or of legal age in your country of residence — whichever is higher. Some linked channels may run their own additional age checks under their own terms; you agree to follow those checks.

4. What you may do on the Site

You may visit the Site, follow outbound links, and contact us at the email address published on the Site. Any other use — commercial use, republishing, data mining, automated access, model training or embedding the Site inside another product — requires our prior written consent.

5. What you may not do

You agree not to: use the Site or any linked channel for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive; attempt to reverse-engineer the imagery or its production pipeline; use the imagery or content to train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine-learning model without our prior written permission; impersonate Giulia Bianchi or the team, or create look-alike accounts; harass, threaten, defame, dox or send sexually explicit unsolicited messages to any associated account; misrepresent your age or identity; or probe, scan or test the security of the Site.

6. Messaging via linked channels

If you write to Giulia Bianchi on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee, Fanvue or any other linked channel, please note that: replies may come from Giulia Bianchi personally or from a member of the Giulia Bianchi team supporting her channels; communications are not confidential and may be moderated, ignored or stored for operational reasons; you should not share sensitive personal, medical, legal or financial information; and no personal, romantic, therapeutic or fiduciary relationship is created or implied.

7. Payments made on third-party platforms

If you make a payment, donation, subscription or purchase on a third-party platform reached through an outbound link from the Site (for example Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee or Fanvue), that transaction is only between you and the third-party platform. Giulia Bianchi does not handle those payments, does not hold the funds, and is not responsible for refunds, chargebacks, billing disputes or content delivery on those platforms. Any such matter must be raised directly with the platform under its own terms.

8. No employment, agency or personal relationship

Nothing in this Agreement or in your use of the Site creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, therapeutic or personal relationship between you and Giulia Bianchi, or between you and Giulia Bianchi. Your relationship to the published content is that of an audience member.

9. Licence granted to you

As long as you comply with this Agreement and with the Terms of Service, Giulia Bianchi grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to visit the Site for non-commercial viewing only. All other rights are reserved.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site or to any associated channel at any time, for any reason, without notice and without liability. Once terminated, your licence to visit the Site ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. No warranties and limitation of liability

The Site, the published content and the linked channels are provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giulia Bianchi disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on published content, your interactions on linked channels, or any payment you make on a third-party platform. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred (100) US dollars.

12. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in full force, and the invalid part will be interpreted so as to give effect to its intent as far as the law allows.

13. Entire agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service, is the entire agreement between you and Giulia Bianchi about the Site and the Giulia Bianchi channels, and replaces all earlier or contemporaneous understandings on the topic.

14. Acceptance through continued use

Continuing to use or visit the Site after this Agreement is posted or updated counts as acceptance. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
